Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

This is known as the cooling-off period.

You may return your product within this period provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is unopened

  • The item is in its original, saleable condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products can only be returned if they remain sealed and unopened.


Incorrect or Defective Items

If you have received:

  • The wrong product, or

  • A defective or damaged item

Please contact us immediately at info@solavibeauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will review your request and provide further instructions.


Returns – Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must be in resaleable condition

  • Hygiene items cannot be returned once opened

  • Promotional or clearance items cannot be returned

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that:

  • Have clearly been used

  • Are opened or damaged

  • Are not in their original condition


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

  • We do not reimburse return shipping costs

  • Estimated return cost from the UK is approximately £5.95

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


How to Return Your Order (3 Easy Steps)

Step 1 – Request a Return Form

Email us at info@solavibeauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your email address

  • The reason for return

We will provide you with a return form and instructions.

Step 2 – Send Your Return

Complete the return form and include it in your parcel.
Clearly mark “Return” on the outside of the package.

Send your parcel using a tracked and insured shipping method.

After shipment, email us the tracking number.

Step 3 – Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)


Refund Policy

Once returned products are received and approved:

  • You are entitled to a full refund of the product price

  • Return shipping costs are excluded

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Used products

  • Opened cosmetic items

  • Items not returned in original condition
