This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Scentora BV and delivered within the United Kingdom.


1. Delivery Country

We currently deliver to:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the UK.

Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 16:00 CET will be processed the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for the United Kingdom:

2–4 business days

These delivery times apply to orders placed before 16:00 CET.
